- Subject matter
These General Terms and Conditions apply for the entire business relationship between deutSCHule GmbH and its course participants and contractual partners. Differing terms and conditions of the contractual partner shall not apply.
- Conclusion of contracts
2.1 Registrations for a course can be made via the online form on the deutSCHule website or the written registration form in the deutSCHule office. With an online application, a training contract with the course participant only comes about after confirmation (in writing or in text form Section 126 b Civil Code) by deutSCHule GmbH.
2.2 With online conclusion, training contract course participants have the right to revoke the training contract within 14 days without stating reasons. The revocation period is 14 days from the conclusion (binding order). To exercise the revocation right, the course participant has to inform deutSCHule (deutSCHule GmbH, Karl-Marx-Straße 107, 12043 Berlin, Fax: + 49 (0) 30 – 68085336; email: firstname.lastname@example.org) about his decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). The course participant can use the model form provided online for this, but this is not obligatory, however. The revocation period is met if the course participant sends the notification about the exercising of the revocation right before the end of the revocation period.
